ExpeRheiniMainental is a documentation about experimental music in the Rhine-Main area, assembled by LDX#40 and featuring contributions by ten other artists. This will be the very first public screening of this film.

The first Xerox Exotique concert will take place on December 4th at the Waggon in Offenbach featuring Vacuum from France.

Vacuum are Yann Gourdon (hurdy gurdy) and Antez (percussions).

Two sound sculptors followers of the continuum, who work to vibrate area with acoustic and physical process. The common circularity of this duo creates a spiral of energy, an journey through Vacuum space.

Yann Gourdon looks at vibratory fields and sound perception as a medium. He predominantly focuses on acoustic phenomena that have a dynamic relationship with their environment – architecture / the landscape. He has also learned to play the traditional hurdy-gurdy music of the Auvergne by listening to collections and is currently researching this repertoire. Throughout every aspect of his work he only deals with sound quality.

Antez is a percussionist is a sculptor who explores the sound matter by interviewing the physical perception of sound. He is convinced that the capability of sonore experimentation of acoustic instruments are without limitless. He call his instruments a device, he diverts the objects of their use.

Breeds Confidence). They produce an IDM-Fieldrecording-Noise-Hybrid.
